Most products are made to order. We accept refund or replacement requests within 10 days of delivery for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. To open a request, contact us at info@theflyingbeets.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing errors — please review size charts carefully before ordering.

All orders are printed and fulfilled on demand, typically within 3–7 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping time is in addition to production time. Estimated delivery after production: Standard (US): 3–5 business days · International: 10–20 business days Tracking is provided via email once your order ships. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods — we appreciate your patience. We ship to most countries. Import duties and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@theflyingbeets.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the fulfillment provider.
