Flawed Theorem is a progressive rock and metal duo combining the lush, at times serpentine musical arrangements of Nadine de Macedo (from Düsseldorf, Germany) with the dynamic vocals and pensive lyrics of Christopher Matthew Smith (from Philadelphia, USA). Their music moves across a wide emotional and sonic spectrum —from whispered acoustic moments to explosive surges of heavy progressive intensity — capturing the imagination while raising provocative questions about artistic integrity, the struggle for one’s moral compass, and the meaning of love, loyalty, and bravery in the face of adversity and temptation. Collaborating across the world, Nadine and Christopher discovered their voice within the expansive sonic playground of progressive metal.
